APPROVED
SCHOOLS
The schools listed below are approved by the North Carolina Real
Estate Commission to offer real estate prelicensing
courses at the locations (cities) listed under the names of the schools. All of the schools listed conduct the Salesperson
Prelicensing Course (minimum of 67 classroom
hours) and many also conduct the Broker Prelicensing
Course (minimum of 60 hours).
Completion of the Salesperson Course or possession of a real
estate salesperson license is a prerequisite for the Broker Course.
Most schools offer these courses as evening courses meeting two or
three nights a week; however, a number of schools (especially private schools)
offer daytime classes and/or weekend classes.
Interested persons should check with the school(s) in their area for
specific information regarding available courses and course schedules.
